Higgins assorted color dye-based (Carmine and Indigo) and pigment drawing ink (Black and White) assorted color 4-pack set may be used with brushes and dip pens on paper, board and film (Black and White inks only). Color may be mixed or diluted with water to create ranges of shades and hues. Fadeproof ink produces a vivid, transparent color that will not chip, peel, feather or smear.
